How to get a Camper Ticket Refund

Hi all,

I was lucky enough to get a West CV ticket today in the resale using my partner's registration number.  Means I no longer need the Bath and West CV ticket I bought in the main sale using my own registration.

I know you can get a £110 refund for unwanted CV tickets, until May, but I can't find out how to do it.

I started writing a message to SeeTickets requesting they cancel the ticket and refund me, but I got spooked when I read a thread on here from someone saying they had problems when they did this a few years back - their actual festival ticket got cancelled, or there was an issue with it that was a ballache to resolve by the sound of it.

Has anyone ever cancelled a CV ticket and got a refund, and if so, how did you do it?  Thanks in advance.

Just email glastonbury@seetickets with the booking reference of the campervan pass you want to cancel. You will lose £10.00. Never heard of anyone getting their actual festival tickets cancelled by cancelling accommodation.

Annoyingly, I can't find the post now.  It was someone in 2016.  I think she still got to go to the festival but had to take a letter with her to the gate or something to get in without a normal ticket.  Reading it just made me wary about using the word "cancel" in any form of correspondence with See.

I will email them and share the outcome for others' info.

Plenty of people have already had their refunds no hassle. Think you're making a bigger deal of it than it needs to be. With the being able to buy multiple tickets on one reg there have been a lot of mistaken multi purchases. You'll be grand.
