the last sentence here is the key one :

'Anyone planning to bring a campervan or caravan in 2019 will need to book their own campervan/caravan tickets and will need to present both their named campervan/caravan ticket and Festival ticket to be able to park in these fields. Campervan/caravan tickets will feature the name and address of the ticket booker. A maximum of one campervan/caravan ticket can be booked per transaction'

this is taken from the GF website info pages : https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/accommodation/info-campervans-and-caravans/

Technically yes, you could, but both CV tickets would have to be in your name as your mate can't buy one without a festival ticket. As BlueDaze rightly quoted above though, you can only buy one CV ticket per transaction so you would have to go back in to buy another. So, unless things have changed since last year, only one per transaction but not just one per person...just need to have a ticket.

Oh, and you would have to go in together as well, in convoy, as the CV ticker holder has to be present.

All this is assuming they don't change the rules and make it one CV ticket per person this year!

Maybe silly question But does the bank card used have to be in name of lead booker or can you just use anyone’s? Thanks

Sorry, no idea, except that the main ticket sale doesn't care who pays so this shouldn't either.
