Hi resalers. I'm an ee customer, so if someone who isn't wants me to enter the comp for them I'll have a go. Not sure if one ticket will have to be in my name, so if someone's a single or doesn't mind a risky 2 I can enter.

It's just my luck that after my complete failure in 2017 I'll win tickets when I don't actually need one!*

*Obviously I'm not going to win anyway, but we need to be positive.

hi @Simsy, a couple of questions on the ee comp - when does entry open (do you have a link)? if I have an ee contract, can I enter on behalf of somebody else (luckily I already have a ticket)?

You can't transfer the ticket. If you have a ticket you're reducing people with a ticket's chances as you have to take the ticket. I'd advise against entering unless you were going to benefit from both tickets.

Didn't think the friends in high places needed to have a reg code, assumed they just got given a ticket

In some cases, yes. But it very much depends on the ticket type and how they're getting it.

In this specific case, we're looking at standard tickets sold at the normal price, the only difference is that their registration has a flag on it saying that they're authorised to buy tickets from the cancellation pool. The thought is that this is basically because festival staff have been offered the chance to buy the cancelled tickets for friends+family.

Tiny, just under 10,000 i think, but highly recommended. Can take own booze in like Glastonbury and very friendly and a slightly older clientele than some festivals.

I am sure its for friends in high place & corporate who need to buy tickets. I am still keeping some hope & will keep checking this week as I am lucky enough to work from home but thinks it gets slimmer by the day.

Got tickets around this time in 2017 from a friend who worked for a sound system company working at the Farm, Still had to pay however.

Do you have to be an EE customer to enter?

Had a phonecall about half hour ago

Thought they were supposed to notify by text or email? Can you find out what the number was? I'm worried I had a missed call this morning from an 0208 number

I answer every call i get. Basically the only people who ever call me are cold callers.

I get to have a little chat.. i normally bore the crap out of them and they hang up on me.

I'm sure its meant to be the other way around..
