My  friend got a place today at 1:20 pm after I alerted her so that is definitely not the case! Here is the screenshot.

They don't need to do anything to their html code to prepare to sell. They can push all the changes out at the time it goes on sale. So don't take that as a sign that something will/won't happen.

With the form being live at the moment anyway, presumably they just need to allow all registrations through instead of just those registered to friends/family of crew, which is a backend change and would not trigger checkpage.

I guess they'd also add a button to link to that page from glastonbury.seetickets.com, which would trigger a change notification, but that's all they'd need do
