This year seemed really hard. We had 2 x work laptop, 1 x our laptop, and 3 phones on 4G and never got a sniff beyond the holding page. Our friends in a remote part of Norfolk got tickets for all of us with 1 laptop and a Norfolk internet speed.

Can't get on the site to get a ticket. Can't get on eFests to complain about no ticket.

i actually got through on the phone first time in ten years to be told it had just sold out Gutted, all other methods didnt get a sniff i had 5 groups all trying and not one got a ticket

Oh I am done with this festival.

For various reasons, April re-sale is not an option and I cannot take two years off just to not even get a holding page again. Time to pretend the festival is never happening again.

I know exactly how you feel. It does seem like there are more regulars than usual who missed out this year.

No such thing as beginners luck, we had 7 of us trying for 4 tickets and didn't even see the holding page. At least I seem to be in good company here

It's just luck. Really feel for anyone who didn't get one. Someone in our group got them for us from Australia.

after about ten minutes of refreshing the actual payment page, I got mine and five others for friends. Email came in about 15 mins later.

I had this as well. Was there some technology meaning that Seetickets only accepted one browser/device per IP?

After doing all the coach/main sales and resales for 2017 and both sales this year I've decided I'm out, there are too many other great festivals to be planning my year around the vague possibility of going to Glastonbury. Good luck to those people who are going to try in the resales.

5 of us trying, no luck. One of us came through 09:06 and filled everything in, when he was going to click buy the session timed out. GUTTED. Got to the holding page at 0930ish, definitely seemed a lot busier that 2017

doubt it - mine was via mobile, which is likely to be a shared IP address.

Work pc constantly on the holding page, phone constantly on the holding page, laptop incognito constantly on the holding page. Ipad intermittent, all other laptop browsers nowhere near. Amazon fire's nowhere near as well. 

We go again in April!

First time I’m four years I didn’t get a booking page. Had three of us and a shit ton of laptops and different connections.

Across all of them I got an ultra responsive holding page on a laptop of EE 4G, the rest were just white screens.

Refreshed the only responsive one I had diligently until it said sold out and nothing.

its so wrong that some go on at 8.45 and sit waiting patiently while others seem to be able to get on multiple times
