Getting through by phone

Hello

I know it’s online sales only but did anyone get through via phone last time? All the seeticket lines were jammed last time but was just wondering if anyone did get lucky with a kind see ticket person via phone x

As far as I'm aware there are no phone sale anymore anyway.

No phone sales anymore my other half got tickets via the phone in 2015.

We tried again in 2016 and when we got though they said online sales only. We managed to get through online anyway in the end.

Genuine question but do any tickets (for all gigs, not just Glastonbury) get sold over the phone anymore? I've always just assumed its now online only.

I don't know if see tickets/ticketmaster do but whenever I go to buy tickets for tour dates in Cardiff, the motor point have a separate ticket line for a small batch of tickets. This always works for me , i guess no one thinks to use the phone line anymore

As someone that has missed a few gigs in the Cardiff Motorpoint due to being unable to get tickets this post has been hugely insightful haha! Have an upvote!

Was interested, so I found this on the See Tickets website: Can I purchase tickets by phone? Of course. You can call our telephone booking hotline on 0871 220 0260

However, as mentioned before, this service not now included for Glastonbury.

its always the best way for me , they also have their own website which has a few tickets. Not sure if other venues do it but i know cardiff motorpoint sell their own small batch of tickets!
