Coach and Worthy View

Is such a thing possible? We’re aiming to try for coach tickets, failing that ga. Are we able to try and get worthy view accommodation if travelling by coach?

I think the answer is Yes , In past years people have been arriving in the coach arrival area near PG A and then heading to worthy view.

Yes you can. If arriving by coach, once dropped off you'll then have to get the free shuttle bus that will take you to WV. Depending on queues and weather it can take a while though. I've know some to hump it all the way through the site then up to WV. You can book WV with either ticket type, if they follow previous years the sale will be towards the end of Oct. (Last time round they went on sale Thursday 27th at midday)

Shuttle Bus Access from Castle Cary Train Station

There is a free direct shuttle bus from Castle Cary Train Station to Worthy View. This service will be signposted Worthy View and is service GF4.

• Wednesday 22nd 8:00am – 23:00pm
• Thursday 23rd 8:00am – 23:00pm
• Friday 24th No direct service, please transfer from Festival Bus Station
• Saturday 25th No direct service, please transfer from Festival Bus Station
• Sunday 26th 12:00 – 19:30pm
• Monday 27th 06:00 – 15:30pm

There will also be a free direct shuttle bus from Festival Bus Station to Worthy View. This service will be signposted Worthy View and is service GF5.

• Wednesday 22nd 8:00am – 23:30pm
• Thursday 23rd 8:00am – 23:30pm
• Friday 24th 10:00am – 22:30pm
• Saturday 25th 10:00am – 22:30pm
• Sunday 26th 12:00 (midday) – 21:30pm
• Monday 27th 1:00am – 15:30pm * Limited early hours service, please speak to us at Pink Reception if you would like to use these services.

Yep you can  know a few people who’ve managed to do this before. It’s just a huge walk from the festival bus stand if you don’t take the shuttle!

Yes, but they trickle back on sale as people change their plans.... We managed to get a four man scout last year, wanted a bell tent and didn't manage one as they sold out in the first five minutes .. Tangerine fields still have availability as an alternative ?
