 the consensus is multiple browsers on a single laptop is okay (just not multiple tabs)

Hi, don’t think this has been answered yet and I’ve seen the question a few times now. When you press refresh and see the page loading do you refresh that or do you wait? For example on my safari browser i pressed refresh on Thursday night and it went to the X symbol rather than the arrow symbol. Do I stop the browser from thinking and try again or do I let it wait?
