Depends where you're going from. If not London (and I think Bristol) then you don't find out until much later - there's always lots of posts about it here.

See, I was thinking drive down to Bristol (or any local stop) and get the coach from there... But only if I could choose my time before I paid. Otherwise, I will just have to chance it for Sunday

Pretty sure you can choose times for Bristol (others here will verify).

Started a new job recently so was unsure about whether I would get the time off as end of the month is a particularly busy time so I've had to put the request in in advance.

All but the Wednesday has just been granted. 90% sure Wednesday will be fine but I need to wait until Monday to find out for sure. If I'm allowed the Wednesday I'll go for the coach sale. If not, just the main sale and then, all being well, head up Wednesday evening.

Welcome back T-day anxiety you sexy beast! ?

you do realise that there are 12 end of months .... so sticking to that will cause you lots of issues in the long run ... once had a manager who wouldn't allow holiday because of lots of different reasons until I came on board and started mentioning the company policy about holidays , not to be difficult but it will start to become the law unless someone challenges it ... and people work hard all year to have the holidays they deserve . Anyway good luck you have given a decent amount of notice so I would hope they can work around you

Heh. I managed the last few years with not being allowed the first two weeks of a month off so this isn't too much of a deal! We're just asked to keep time off at the end of the month to a minimum. No biggie. They seem cool with it.
