The CV tickets go on sale after the main T day, but before the resale day, although there wasn't one of those last time. It was around 12 or 1pm during the day, GMT. Those applying need to have a ticket already, but you don't have to have been the lead booker in the T Day group. There wasn't a check to see if you've got a ticket already, like there is with your reg number, so some people had several bought for them and had to get refunds, minus an admin fee.

From memory, my cv ticket had my ticket number and name on, but not my photo.

Also, anyone in the vehicle can have bought the CV ticket, it doesn't have to be the driver, as long as you're all together on entry.
