My registration isn’t showing at all, it’s just showing the other 2 people I have registered with my email address, bit worrying really, might do another one if I don’t hear back today.

Me and the wife got the e-mail also. To be fair our photos needed updating anyway, all sorted but awaiting photograph sign off, I imagine they have plenty to look through since sending the e-mail out

Well, now I'm even more confused.... Maybe I didn't actually submit the photo? ?

Yeh, I'm going to give them until tomorrow I think (three working days) and then do a quick straw poll on here to see what people think is the best course of action.

Hey @Smash1984 - if you check the "view, edit or delete this registration" link on the email, does your registration come up with the old photo, the new photo, or nothing at all (like Charms)?

Same here... I updated mine and hubby's photos last night and today we aren't showing as being registered!!

Aggghh!! Feel like submitting a new registration just in case now.

Ok, I'm beginning to think if I am showing as being registered then I somehow must have fucked up the photo upload....but how do I know?

I wouldn't worry if you only did it last night...they do say three days. Although, does anyone know when the deadline for registration is??

Just noticed the look up email says

The following registrations are valid to buy tickets when they go on sale:

I would say you haven’t updated the photo and your reg is valid, think the deadline is the 21st, probably best to leave it now.

I'm currently stuck between deciding whether to change my address to within the local catchment (Wife's Grandparents) or stick to what it is at the moment.

The thought of having that extra security if I miss out on t-day will be reassuring...

I'm in the same position. My photo was from about 2011 and I do look somewhat older than the photo so I thought I'd do the right thing and update it on Saturday. It wouldn't be 3 working days until Wednesday, but I'm already cacking myself and regretting I didn't just leave well alone.

I changed my phone number at the same time as uploading a new photo. If I check my email address I'm showing as still being valid, so maybe all I have done is manage to change my number but the photo upload hasn't worked. 

edit: can anyone confirm that if you checked whilst waiting for photo approval, you registration showed up as invalid?

It came up with my new photo but with text underneath saying waiting to be approved or something along those lines. I've since had the confirmation e-mail approving the photo now though. They must be working their way through them

I've had the same photo for a few years now. Last time I changed my registration was when we were told that all registrations before a certain year were no longer valid...can't remember when that was now. I'm away on holiday now until the 22nd so don't think it would be a good idea to go messing with it now. I'll go with the flow. 

Anyway, as I obviously look younger every year there won't be a problem! ?

Ok, just checked my edit details page and it says nothing about waiting for approval,  so I guess it hasn't taken the new one.

I don't know if I should leave well alone. or go round again (I fear I look more like I'm the dad of the person in the photo rather than actually that person)...

I have my own reg on my email which has not been sent the email.

A friend who I set up two years ago on another of my emails which has received the email.

Not going to change it

I’ve still not had an email, my photo is from 2011. Checking the registration it says it’s fine so I’m tempted to just leave it be, at least until I get the email saying otherwise

They are saying photos need to be submitted by 21st September.  Registration has usually closed a few days before.

I renewed my photo yesterday after reading on the website about changing old photos, I didn't recieve an e-mail and only went on there at the weekend to find out if ticket day had been confirmed.  They are saying photo approval can take up to 3 working days so don't panic everyone.

I'm assuming ticket day will be announced after 21st September.
