I looked at my photo in the last day or so, and it looked like I'm an overweight, ugly, druggie, possibly with some mental health issues. I decided not to edit it, for the purposes of accuracy.

For accuracy I'm thinking maybe pose for a new photo at around 2.37am Sunday morning. Think that's the optimum time for true Glastonbury likeness to shine through. I'll sail through security. I won't be causing no tail backs.

Not compulsory, just advisory.

Waste of time I reckon, unless you’ve physically changed facially, even then it would have to be a considerable change e.g hair colour, loss, cut, beard on / off etc. If your registered picture roughly looks like you then I can’t see it being an issue.

Obviously if it was taken 15 years ago then you should update ?

My photo was from 2010 and I look more than 8 years younger than I do now. Last year the girl who checked my ticket spent some time deciding it was me so I've gone for it.

On my new photo I look like I've just stood in line for 2 hours after sleeping in my car in the middle of a field. Ideal really.

Now the worry over acceptance begins.

Mine was scrutinised quite a bit last year, almost every time we went in at Gate C, it was from 2007 though.  So I've updated it.

A friend of ours said of my previous photo that I looked like a 1970's porn star.  I daren't let him see this one, it's more Pauline Fowler in a wig, very niche!

I got the e-mail. Mine's from 7 years ago but I haven't changed much and it's quite clearly me - probably not gonna bother. Don't need the stress of waiting on acceptance

Yeh I wish I hadn't done it now... ?

I sent the new photo on Thursday AM, so I guess three working days is technically Tuesday AM...but I just checked the see tickets registration anyway, and it doesn't say they are waiting for a new photo to be confirmed and my old photo is there staring back at me.

What does it mean???

And when is the last date for registration just incase I have to do it again?

I look ridiculous in, and I don't feel I'm exaggerating here, EVERY photo of me.  You learn to live with it after a while :)

It’s ok, we’re all accustomed to those huge ears, golden bald skull and prominent ridge above the eyes....we’ll try not to scream when we see you next June!

Got the email. Not changing the photo for now. If I get the golden ticket I'll do it before balance day. Too risky in case they don't approve it.

Can you update your photo once you’ve purchased a ticket? I didn’t know that! I won’t be updating mine now then, cheers!

Hhmmm, now I'm doubting myself cos nobody else has said it but I'm pretty sure you can edit your details after you bought a ticket including the picture.

Found this on the site. I would suggest not to bother changing it now, wish I hadn’t, still not heard back and it’s making me nervous.

Charm x

Please note, it is not possible to change your registered photo if you have a current booking linked to your registration details, so please make sure you have an up to date photograph before booking tickets.

Hey @Charm, when you check the "view, edit or delete this registration" link, is your old photo there or the new one - or is there a message saying its awaiting approval? Its confusing me because it appears as if there is no problem with my registration, but the photo is still the old one...
