Ah. I really like one and don't mind the other - you can probably work out which way is which.

I don't mind one and find the other turgid and forgettable  - you can probably work out which way is which.:)

But that's fine with me. I dislike the Main Stage, so the less there is to tempt me over there, the better.

From Hbvl.be

Pukkelpop has announced the first two headliners for the 34th edition of the festival: it will be Tame Impala on Saturday 17 August and Twenty One Pilots on Sunday 18 August (due to the extended weekend Pukkelpop will be held this year from Thursday to Sunday). Immediately the beginning of a series of announcements of more names. Two headliners will follow each Wednesday and Friday. Starting next week, Pukkelpop will solve the bulk of the rest of the poster every day. Other information - such as ticket sales and non-musical programming - will follow at a later stage.

Looks like we'll be getting a big chunk by next week - Question is, whether those headliners increase in size or is that as big as we're gonna get?

PKP always announce their biggest name the first (Kendrick Lamar last year, Rihanna in 2016, Foo's in 2012...)

I'm afraid that "the most asked band in the wishlist" are 21Pilots, and that's why they moved the festival to a sunday. I'm expecting medium sized headliners this year (The National, Major Lazer, Bon Iver, Post Malone...)

Looking likely. Hope the money is spent giving us a Marquee and Club line up like 2017.

Post Malone is pretty much a certainty now ?

Commented to a couple of friends yesterday that I think that the headliners will somewhat mirror last years. Tame Impala is this years Arcade Fire, Twenty One Pilots are this years Imagine Dragons and Post will be this years Travis Scott and Anderson Paak is 2019's NERD.

Reckon we'll be getting Post Malone and Major Lazer or Anderson Paak on Wednesday

You're forgetting 2019's OATW. So we're in for at least one more shite booking...:)

But seriously, I'm expecting The National, Royal Blood, Post Malone and Anderson Paak as the 4 names to be announced this week.

Christine and the Queens I'm guessing.

The one thought I've had for a long time is that all of the subs/headliners will have played the festival before. No reason to think any differently now.
