Stood next to him outside a refreshments tent by the teepee field last year whilst his wife queued at the same time as my girlfriend for a drink. Did consider asking for a photo but decided to leave him alone.

I've seen him on stage a couple of times. Only in Stonebridge was I close enough to touch him, which I didn't do.

I've also seen him on the telly many times.

He was at Despacio (James Murphy and Soulwax Djing) in Manchester a few years back so although I didn't meet him we were on the same dancefloor as him, which was pretty cool. he seemed to be enjoying it with a lady friend. 

he and steve mackey's Dj sets are always worth seeing wherever they are but especially at glastonbury.

I think his girlfriend is vegan. She runs or ran some kinda food blog.  And he mightve converted too.

Theres a restaurant up stairs and they now have a about 3 super stores or cash and carry wholesale things all with restaurants above.. Old man Mr ching was instrumental in opening China town in London where it is... Every Xmas everyone who works for them go to one of their restaurants and its a great full on food and drink do.. He's probably dead now bless him.. If you ever get the chance pop in its amazing what you can buy..

I've never actually met him but did have a brief conversation with him via the medium of my feather duster which happened to be dancing quite vigorously during his Stonebridge DJ set.  Its the same feather duster thats tickled Thom Yorke and Ronnie Wood, so he's in good company! 

I did meet the very lovely Kristin Hersh on monday though!
