Visiting the site

Probably been asked million times before wouwbe handy to know where people park when going for a wander round the farm? 

Probably going to head down Friday morning for a wander.

I'm down that way in September and was planning on going over there with my young daughter. How does it work? Are you allowed to just wander in? Do you have to knock on at the farmhouse and ask permission?

You should send the festival an email. I'd imagine they would be actively discouraging people from taking a walk this weekend for obvious reasons.

The Eavis family and their neighbours give their land over for everyone to enjoy during the Festival each year, however Worthy Farm and the neighbouring farms which make up the Festival site are private property.

im going with a couple of friends on sat ... have emailed already to check its ok ( only polite  ) will be parking by the festival office and checking in there if its open ... but im sure others have said about parking by skatepark in pilton ? As @Dukeicon has just posted above

Webcam shows bovine presence on Pyramid and had word that cow fences stretch to bottom of Muddy Lane....you might need to head in from Mary's Gate/Muddy Lane and then divert through Kids/Acoustic/Bella's if you're heading to the stones etc.

Start burying a cider stash for next year.  Saves a couple of car runs once you're in and set up.

is marys gate the farm entrance ? muddy lane the access route from there ? ive heard it called that many times but never worked out its location ?

Muddy Lane comes out by Goose Hall / Leftfield Tower.
