yes, it was on Hulu, US Amazon, US itunes and others before the cinema showings.

piss-poor that they got them out to all of those, cinemas, and Sky before giving it to you.

I've still not had the Madness video that I pledged extra for.  Not because I massively wanted to see a video of Madness, I just pledged extra because I love the festival dearly and loved the idea of a documentary like this being made, but I want what I paid for dammit!
