Sam would have brought in players who were more prepared and quicker to adapt, but would have a lower ceiling. For teams like West Ham who aren't challenging for trophies I would rather gamble on some players who may take some time, but have a higher ceiling when they click.

The wooden seats for sure! Leg room a non issue and the view is far worse at many other top flight grounds as an away fan.

I think the best thing that can happen for rival fans this weekend is a United win. Ease a bit of the pressure before a few more bad results in the league and CL.

I hope he stays until the end of the season but that is looking unlikely.

One of the worst performances I’ve seen since Klopp took over. With the exception of Allison, van Dijk and Gomez we were terrible.

every tram had an off game so it would be stupid to slag the team off but one worry was how tired they all looked...

Yeah there looked to be a serious lack of effort and they could not cope with Napoli’s energy. Liverpool will be destroyed by City if they put in a similar performance
