AFC
Just wondering what time is best to start queuing? I know the campsite opens at 12 but how does the queuing work? Is it as bad as Glastonbury?

AFC
We are heading down on the Wednesday evening and staying in a Travelodge next to the site to avoid too much hassle. On the way back the ferry times that were left were pretty awful though!

What time would you get the ferry from Southampton on the Thursday? As don't want to be real early but then don't want to be rushing and get a rubbish camping spot

Gemrig
I get the 10.30 cat over from Portsmouth and normally get to the site about 11.45ish the queue was big last year but we were in in under 2 hours and that was with heightened security checks

Andrea M
It doesn’t get really full until the Friday so you should be able to find a half decent spot Thursday afternoon. But don’t be surprised when you roll back to your tent later or on Friday afternoon if half a dozen more have sprung up around you and you can’t get in or out of your tent ? ll82
We're first timers (filling the glastonbury void) do certain camping areas have reputations or is it just pot luck?? We're a young(ish) couple but not looking for anything too rowdy and don't mind the walk if that means a slightly quieter area - what would regulars recommend? Many thanks!
