If they were there they would go but wouldn't buy a ticket for them which is and issue since that's what the headliners are there for. Both from similar genres though. I think a big indie/rock and big rap/hiphop/grime headliner is the best approach. Then an extra one/two as well. I am 18 and one of my friends love the strokes but nobody else cares one bit. People would enjoy seeing them but it wouldn't be more tempting than seeing like Two Door/Catfish/whatever at a £120-150 festival instead if they like indie (and if the other two headliners are rap)
TheWaters
The fest has updated their profile picture on Facebook a couple hours ago. They're gonna mug me off and make an announcement soon, just after I said I don't think we'll get one for a while, aren't they?
dum surfer
I’m pretty certain it won’t be Gambino, he said that his most recent tour would be his last https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thefader.com/2018/09/07/childish-gambino-last-ever-tour/amp Edited November 22, 2019 by dum surfer

Quorn
Plenty of talk about headliners, is there anyone people would like to see lower down the lineup? I’m hoping COIN make a return higher on the Festival Republic or low R1, EDEN would be nice too.

Andre91
BMTH’s current setlist in Japan is looking great. If they’re co-headlining, they’ll smash it playing the same setlist: 1. Nihilist Blues 12. Antivist 13. Follow You 14. Throne 15. MANTRA 16. Drown

ob123
Double post but also would have though BMTH would have announced some UK dates by now? Wonder if Reading could have anything to do them holding them back?

So they wouldn’t be doing R&L if those rumours are true. As for Rage, I don’t know if Coachella and R&L have ever shared headliners before but it’s completely different organisers so I don’t know if it’d work.
