Where does it say this

Thought that was a thing that Sunday finished earlier but maybe not! Haven't been before so might be getting it mixed up with other festivals that do that.

Slowthai has always seem to be a bit of a c**t, he made a complete fool of himself when I saw him supporting Slaves. Thing is though being a c**t has never stopped anyone from succeeding in the music biz.

Just watched the videos, what a complete twat.  I hope they dump him from the lineup, but probably not.  We can all just not go to see him.

Anyone think Nothing But Thieves could still be added to the Sunday at Reading? would be such a great act to be added. Maybe drop slowthai and get them in haha

The silver lining in the front separation being for people that pay is that it means I can watch IDLES as I no longer need to get to the front:

so annoying and rewarding the rich with the best view. Do we reckon they’ll still open it for the first to get there to those that haven’t paid for upgrade

Surely this will be an elevated viewing area, not a golden circle type deal?

Not a hope, sounds like they have an extra section

    • I love this festival but Mordor has got worse and worse to the point now that I dread going there. 10 years ago there just weren’t as many people, as many bottlenecks and there wasnt the need to arrive early to have a decent spot.
    • Aren't they against touring?
    • If my memory serves me right, it was the other way round - when PS 2022 lineup was released it was already confirmed that she plays Barcelona in May.
    • Cheers! And yep looks identical to Green day's scheduling
    • Reading all the feedback with interest.  If there are now 75,000 tickets officially sold, plus who knows how many more people blagging in - then on the Friday evening and Saturday in particular, it's not ridiculous to suggest there's 50,000 people at Mordor, which is a stadium gig - except with much worse sight lines, an inferior PA, and far less bars and toilets. The Thursday evening in 2022 was of course infamous but on the Friday night for Beck I was trapped about 150m from the stage, surrounded by chatters, and with no prospect of getting nearer the stage.  With hindsight that was when I realised the fest had one way or another fundamentally changed.  Also noting on Reddit that some folk didn't enjoy the Cure or Gorillaz because the sets were "too long".  In future bands may be better received if they actually just play their top 10 Spotify songs then get back off the stage.
