Even so, setlist looks like it's going to be very Utopia-heavy, and I've already seen her do that at All Points East. Also, I met a girl once and she loved The Sugarcubes but had no idea Bjork was a very respected and established solo artist as well. It was rather bizarre tbh

Only a year ago she was headling All Points East with the likes of Beck beneath her on the bill. Can't see many double dipping at this price. Quark
The Interrupters are back in the UK next year. Missed them in Brighton last time, might have to break my no London gigs rule.
Gnomicide
Red Rum Club are touring, would highly recommend, their set at BBC Introducing was one of my highlights of this year's Glastonbury.

found home in 2009
Can't remember how I discovered Kishi Bashi, but he's a violinist that creates interesting experimental pop. Just got an email from Spotify to alert me of artists I listen to that are playing near me and it turns out he has just announced a European tour. Gilgamesh69
Anymore info on that Peaky Blinders festival? It seems they are only selling day tickets, but it's unclear who will be playing which day. All I've discovered so far is that Primal Scream are playing Saturday, and Anna Calvi is playing both days

vintagelaureate
Anyone seen the 'Nordorf Robbns' charity gigs? Frank Turner, Sigala and others at only £11 a ticket dotted around the country. https://www.seetickets.com/search?q=nordoff+robbins&src=MK_ETWeekly080819&sc_src=email_733890&sc_lid=55774329&sc_uid=I0N6lSBzqY&sc_llid=27999&sc_eh=f7cc717bf3cec5e11&utm_medium=email&utm_source=emarsys&utm_campaign=2019-08-08+21%3A00%3A00-Weekly_080819-
Gilgamesh69
So, that Peaky Blinders fest: Saturday has Primal Scream, the Secret Set, and Nadine Shah. Sunday has a TBC headliner, Slaves and Mike Skinner DJ set. Heartbroken that I've got to choose between what could potentially be a Nick Cave set, Spriitualized and Aphex Twin. Perhaps all in one day would be possible? But unlikely

dentalplan
Is ‘legitimate’ a Peaky Blinders reference or just setting it apart from all the bogus Peaky Blinders festivals you get nowadays?
The Clearest Blue
Currently have zero gigs booked for the rest of the year so trying to decide what to shell out for in the coming weeks. Thinking of: Modern Nature, Local Natives, Ezra Furman, Mystery Jets and The Correspondents. But I think I need to drop one or two for cash saving reasons but not sure who to cull.
