Particularly like this clause - very appropriate for a band of 70 year olds....... “During the concert, performers will be advised to avoid any action which may over excite the audience or endanger public safety. The performers will be advised accordingly.” :-) Edited February 18, 2018 by chuckles07 Spelling

I think its fairly common practice to announce stuff without a licence signed and sorted isn't it? That's why you get stuff like 'subject to licence' on posters. Presumably they would've scoped out the likelihood of it getting rejected beforehand anyway

Gucci Piggy
Assuming those Edinburgh and Soton dates are supposed to say May rather than June, it's gonna be pretty annoying having The Rolling Stones playing 5 mins down the road from my whilst I'm sat in revising for my exams. Probably end up trying to grab a Manchester/Birmingham ticket up nearer the time if any are going for affordable prices.
Hugh Jass
http://www.efestivals.co.uk/news/18/180219f.shtml Noel G's stock really seems to be falling, he's spending the summer schlepping around headlining a variety of tiny festivals. A shame as he's recently released an album that's certainly the best of his solo career.

Alan_C
I don't think Noel's new album is that good to be honest. There's about 4 songs on there I like, but it's certainly not the 'out there experimental' thing he has made it out there to be. He seems to have turned up his nose to people with the 'Parka monkey' jibes, with the criticism Holy Mountain recieved, but I don't think it's all about people not liking him doing something different. It's just that it's not that good. He also doesn't help himself with the same tired setlists. It's the same setlist he has been doing for the last 5 years, with some new songs added. Who wants to hear Little By Little for the 250th time? His selection of Oasis songs is boring.
Odessa
Drenge are playing the Gorilla in Manchester on the 2nd of May. Unsure if there's a full tour as gigs and tours only has this date listed atm. Buzzing for that one, feels like they've been away for quite a while.
