For three Charlie's Angels, and a sw*nky looking van? Bargain in my books.

I keep getting told that I'm out of likes. I even waited until after midnight. I guess it maybe a 24 hour timer thing?

I loved Charlie's Angels.

I'm reminded of old corgi/matchbox/hotrod toys that I once had, that ended up being shown up on Antiques Road Show as "things you should hold on to". The ones I once had all got painted with an "I could do a better paint job, don't waist that Airfix modelling paint" austerity type attitude, or (and even after, got) blown up under a an old abandoned railway tunnel with fire crackers obtained from a school trip to France.

Those memories are well worth more than $150.

Anyway. Back on thread. Let's see what Google Images throws up:

When I went to university (for a year, before dropping out), I had to stay in a real shitty (in fact, beyond shitty) halls of residence. Anyway, there was a bloke there who (God knows how) used to make his own plastic explosives (I shit you not!). He told me that he once put some plastic explosives in to an old air raid shelter, ran a length of electrical cable from it, and had a car battery waiting quite some distance away. He touched the two bits of wiring within the cable to the car battery points, and low and behold he heard a massive boom noise. He ran to where the shelter entrance had been, and then he had to run away. He ran away because raining down up on him was bits of concrete from the air raid shelter.

He really was an interesting bloke, and probably the only person that I feel that I should have kept in touch with. I didn't and that's that I guess. I wonder what he is up to right now.

Anyway, what you did to those toys was far better than just loosing them over time.
