Will be doing the same. Although sitting in the Beavertown bar guzzling down a load of Gamma Ray seems like a fine way to spend a day.

So the pub we drink in after cricket has gamma ray and neck oil on. Now in cans, I far prefer gamma ray. But on draft, I kinda prefer neck oil.

Also i find I can go down from gamma ray to neck oil (GR is 20p more so when someone has it we rip them for making the round pricey) but I can't go the other way

I love their beer but seem to remember it being stupidly expensive at EOTR? Will probably take cans.

The festival shop then - can't find any info on what they sell. Do they do blow up mattresses etc

I recollect they have had camping accessories in the past but don't recollect any pumps, etc. I certainly don't recollect having witnessed any controlled explosions, but they probably leave those to the more senior stewards.

There is a tent where you can pay to charge your phone...I can't remember how much it is though and whether the charge is daily, or whether you have to leave your phone there or if it's portable (probably renders this info useless!)....however, why wouldn't you just buy your own portable charger? You can get a 20000mah one that will last the whole weekend and then some for £20 these days.

Yeah I have one but my phone battery is knackered. A couple of phone calls and 3 or 4 hours watching hardcore porn and its needs charging again.

Also what is the coffee like? I'm a coffee snob see. Worth bringing my keepcup?

I remember thinking the coffee at the Double R Diner-esque coffee place by the cinema was good. I'm definitely no coffee snob though so my standards are probably considerably lower. Definitely better than most festivals through.

I have one of these which charges up the phone 4 or more times - a bargain at £7.99.

At Green Man they were charging phones for £4.00 at the property lock up.

As the lockups at Green Man were run by CND and at EOTR they are run by Friends of the Earth this post is probably completely pointless.

Newbie question - What times do films start in the cinema each day?

At green man a couple of years ago, a highlight was watching films in the mornings as I don't tend to sleep late in a tent, hoping to catch Isle of Dogs on the Saturday before the music kicks in.

The cinema is usually open early morning, if I remember correctly. Have a vague memory of watching Fantastic Mr Fox in a semi drunk state one morning...Hope that helps.
