Hotel room for sale - 3 nights, 10 mins from site

Hello,

i booked a hotel room for the festival weekend at the Ibis Styles on Oxford Road (approx 10/15 mins walk from site) for 3 nights; checking in on the Friday, checking out Monday morning. I no longer need the room but I cannot cancel it without being charged the full fee, so I am looking for someone who would want the room so I can change the name on the booking and not lose out on the money. 

Basic details: 
Sleeps 3 (double bed and a single sofa bed)
Check in Friday 25th Aug - Check out Mon 28th Aug
Breakfast included.
£450 in total for the full booking (£50 a night per person for 3 people, £75 a night per person for 2 people, £150 a night for one person)
