Might be a bit stupid but it says on the website "no sound systems" and I'm wondering if that means like official djing equipment or if I'd be okay to bring a Bluetooth speaker for our tent? Nothing too fancy just a £20 tube speaker

Yeah, you'll be fine with that. Your neighbours might not. ;)

The sound systems thing dates back to the 80's, when people would turn up with proper sound systems. Big PA, massive bass bins type sound systems. Loads of them all over the place. :)

I'm at a loss as to why you'd want to do this. You're going to be surrounded by every kind of music all day and all night.

Be kind to your campsite neighbours and don't take anything louder than your own voices or maybe an acoustic guitar if you enjoy a campfire sing along.

don't listen to him.

bring your speakers, play your music at a sociable level and just be aware when others are trying to sleep especially in historically quieter camping fields.
