Fishe2a
FOUR VERY GUTTED AND WORRIED GLASTO FANS NEED YOUR HELP PEOPLE!!!! So basically Royal Mail delivered our tickets to the wrong address and they were apparently signed for. We have proof that it was never our address that it was sent too and See tickets who taken our hard earned money in exchange for our awesome Glastonbury tickets (the company glasto choose to use) in return have the responsibility to deliver them to the rightful owners of the tickets. They are telling us that tickets will NOT be replaced if "lost or stolen".... this is fine however they have never been in our possession for us to either have lost them or have them stolen from us!!! We have been in discussions with the top dogs who sadly keep fobbing us off the past three days. We are hugely concerned that replacement tickets will not be sent which is looking likely so we are pleading for the power of social media and Glastonbury themselves TO PLEASE HELP US!!!!! Like many of you we have hired a camper van, paid for all our belongings needed for the best festival ever and also all taken time off work. We are shocked at the prospect that through no fault of our own we may loose out! Please show your support and hopefully a replacement can be sent to us! Thanks guys! Please share!!!!! #Glastonbury #GlastonburyFestival #HELPTHEFABULOUSFOUR

Fishe2a
The Royal Mail interviewed the driver and went back but the home owner said they never signed for them?!? According to the driver someone did, it doesn't feel me with confidence especially as this has been an I'm going investigation sines last friday
Ged Devereux
Yeah but where was the address? Near to you or the other end of the country
Fishe2a
Near and I have been round but they said they haven't had anything. I tend to believe them as the tickets have my photo on so it's not like they can be used

Dibnah10893
Someone in London posted on See tickets twitter earlier that they had received four extra tickets.
musky
I'd contact the festival about this as well as Seetickets. It would also be worth reminding Seetickets of their obligations under the Distance Selling regulations if they're trying to weasel out all responsibility for the tickets. Fishe2a
The festival have said I need to go through SEETickets as I bought the tickets through them, SEETickets say it's Royal Mails fought and RM won't talk to me as their contracts with SEETickets. its a nightmare all I won't is what I paid for

Please share!!!!! #Glastonbury #GlastonburyFestival #HELPTHEFABULOUSFOUR Isn't the norm that if you are not in then they are taken back to the depot ,then you collect them at your convenience. If that hasn't been done they have not fulfilled their contract to GF and RM have not fulfilled their contract to SEE Try posting on legal beagles forum and you should get some sound legal advice very quickly
Wherethewildthingsare
If you track the tickets on RM does it have a photo of the signature/name of whoever signed for it?
HalfAnIdiot
Perhaps it would be worth chasing the address change in parallel with you current actions. Was the address change made by youselves, if not was your account hacked? If it was hacked then See might be responsible. Data protection should be important to them, engaging with their fraud dept may add some weight to your argument with them. Good luck. kalifire
See are talking shite. It's their responsibility to get the tickets to you. If RM have screwed up, that's See's problem to fix, not yours. Do you have proof that the tickets were delivered to a different address than the one you had registered for delivery? If the driver went back to the wrong address, it sounds like they know they've messed up. Written evidence of that would make your life easier. Ultimately, I'd phone See and ask to speak to somebody in authority. Make a formal complaint and as other have said, remind them that it's their responsibility to deliver the tickets to the payee, not to some random address. You're not going to get those tickets replaced, by the way. What they'll do is direct you to a Box Office on site and you'll need to show up with ID and proof you bought tickets and they'll make them available to you. Let us know how it goes!
