alanr
Seems like they aren't at the festival this year. So will someone else be doing the cotton bags? https://twitter.com/yeovalley/status/861515491218784256 Edited May 8, 2017 by alanr Link wrong

Or they weren't doing the Glastonbury competition this year at least. Edit: They will be there. They've been retweeting the Glastonbury lineup announcements. Padgey
Aren't the programmes given out with these bags or is it just because I put it in this bag when I get it that I've come to that conclusion? If so surely there'll be a replacement.
parsonjack
From a litter aspect I'd hope there will be a replacement supplier of bags.....I'd guess the bags help a lot to prevent scrotes just leaving their rubbish, programmes etc being tossed on the grass/mud/dust. Sasperella
Actually, on further reading, this entire thread, combined with a massive smoothie, have made my morning. Now to check the weather thread and risk my happiness level quickly diminishing.... Edit: my happiness isn't because I have an intense hatred for Yeo Valley or the tote bag obviously. I'm not some kind of monster. Edited May 8, 2017 by Sasperella

Not sure why it should be allowed special treatment at glastonbury over other massive corporations. Good riddance.
Memory Man
im sure the bags will still be there, it'll either just have a different sponsor or no sponsor. After all it is basically included in your ticket price. distributing programmes & lanyards on entry sans bag would lead to everyone just dropping them on the floor. benc
I wouldn't have thought they supplied the bags, just sponsored them. Someone else will step in..
