Do they ever use the Minack for gigs or is it just theatre productions?... Would still be a pain in the arse to get to mind

They do, fairly often, but it's far smaller than anything mentioned above.

So we’ve established she could’ve done a summer venues tour taking in Scarborough, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Blackpool, Manchester  and Leeds. Also Milton Keynes for the softy southerners who like concrete. Birmingham is building a city centre venue for the Commonwealth Games beach volleyball, that sounds good. And Wales can use Caernarfon Castle or something. Not exactly beach vibes for some of them but better than the dated af O2 Academies.

I love/hate that this has generated more comments than the actual song she just put out.

New tune is an absolute bop. Love all three tracks that have been released so far. I like that she hasn't made Melodrama part two. Times change and people do too. Can't wait to listen to the album. In terms of venues, Roundhouse will be amazing and as for seeing her outside, well let's hope she's on the Pyramid stage later that month.

Wales is doing gigs in Cardiff Bay for I think the first time this year, not sure what they'll be like. Cardiff Castle is a really cool setting for gigs (although the bars were a joke when I went). Bristol uses the Amphitheatre by the harbour for those gigs that always give us Glastonbury clues.

It's just so nice of Lorde to provide us with a Summer of VIBES.

The official video is nice, but I'm feeling like the video for Crazy Town - Butterfly (minus the band shots) would be next level early 2000's-mystical-pleasure.

I was waiting for Nelly Furtado to show up.

Can't stop listening to Mood Ring, the 'floating away' hook is such an earworm.

Can just imaging this drifting over the crowd at Glasto ❤️

What's the latest thinking on a potential slot she might play? Still all in for the Friday sub tbh, that would be a dream.

First few reviews seem to be coming in...

4/5 from the Guardian, 3/5 from the Torygraph and 2/5 from the Independent.

Yeah tbh judging from the pretty basic direction the songs seem to have taken I’m not expecting another masterpiece/critical favourite like Melodrama. I’m sure it’ll be good but the singles have hardly been show stoppers.
