Acts missing from line up?

There are loads of acts that were rumoured that aren't on the list. 

For example, Tribe Called Quest, The Coral, Slaves, Cabbage, Hac Classical, Elbow, Maccabees, Manics, Richard Ashcroft etc 

All big names I thought would be on there. Does that mean they won't play?

Lots still to come and dont be fooled into thinking all the big/mid sized names come on the first poster either. thats been proven bs time and time before.

Bon Iver and Kendrick are the most saddening absentees, although the latter in particular was always extremely optimistic anyway

Biggest surprise for me is Liam Gallagher, was sure he'd be there.  Guessing the indie fodder like The Kooks, The Coral, The Wombats could all be added closer to the time.

Out of the bigger names, sad that Lady Gaga, Jamiraquoi, Richard Ashcroft and The Prodigy aren't there (and very doubtful they'll be added)

really hoped to see bjork, grizzly bear, st vincent, melt yourself down, the comet is coming but none are such huge concerns at the mo that they couldn't fall into place later. maybe not bjork tho

Having fun yes, but the fest is always a bit light on metal for me, just one or two bands like SOAD and Rammstein to make up for the glut of DJs...
