Hideout last minute ticket costs and feasibility

I am really wanting to go to hideout festival next summer, but I wont be finding out whether I have other commitments at that time or not until 4-2 weeks beforehand. 

Would I still be able to get a ticket second hand at that time ? I realise it would have to be bought of someone who's got tickets, not the website, as they will be well sold out by that point. However on the site it says you need to have the card that you bought the ticket with on you to enter, and it would have the previous owners details on so im not sure if I would get in.

If anyone has any insight as to whether i could buy tickets, and if they would work without the last owners card details, I would be very grateful !
