I'm currently on a year abroad studying in the Netherlands, 45 minutes from Tilburg, so it seems too good to miss but obviously with my student budget its not easy to just book. Weekend tickets will surely be sold out by January right? :(

I'd have thought so yes, especially if the 3rd headliner is decent.

Seeing last years line up I've noticed that they used to booked artists from the Beggars Group Company (4AD, Matador Records, Rough Trade Records, XL Recordings, Young Turks). They have an incredible roster of artists.

The dream from that list as third headliner would be Qotsa but I'm not sure they'll touring next year.

The undercard would be great too (SBTRKT, Daughter, Zomby, Pantha Du Prince, John Talabot etc etc)

edit: my hope is qotsa or the xx (obviously) :)

Aphex Twin as 3rd headliner?

Why are you saying that? Is Afx BKS material? (I don't think).

Anyway Aphex Twin and Radiohed are my heroes since I'm a child and Arcade Fire are the best indie rock band of last years imo, so it would be my perfect lineup (with the xx or qotsa as substitutes).

Aphex Twin would be more than amazing and would be a (for me personally) much more exciting DJ/Electro headliner than Jamie XX last year. BKS has history with a lot of WARP acts, but I can't say if it is possible to get him to play a festival like BKS (Radiohead headlining might help).

If not Aphex Twin I'd love to see Shobaleader One (Squarepusher with his live band) as WARP act at BKS.

Other acts from my Stage Two wishlist are Bonobo, Moderat, St. Germain and Run The Jewels.

It's a shame that most of the hip-hop names will play at the Woo-Hah festival a few weeks later. Might be getting Frank Ocean as the third headliner, got just announced for Northside.

Frank Ocean would fit perfectly to BKS and is another one of these acts you can hardly catch live (even though I'd still prefer Kendrick Lamar). While the 2016 line-up was (for me personally) a bit underwhelming, 2017 could become epic (if it isn't already).

A lot of suitable acts for BKS at Primavera Sound:

Possible third headliners: Aphex Twin, The XX, Frank Ocean

Other acts: Solange, Mac DeMarco, Run The Jewels, Skepta, Metronomy, Flying Lotus, Death Grips, Descendents, Angel Olsen, Teenage Fanclub, Broken Social Scene, Swans, Saint Etienne, Afghan Whigs, Shellac,.....
