I bought some of these beauties a few years back especially for the camping ground at Larmer Tree Gardens, which is rocky enough to bend normal tent pegs. I learned from experience in the first couple of years. I have to say they were a good investment. This pack of 20 is on Amazon for £12.

Recommend a couple of things;

Certainly some hard ground tent pegs, as the ground is very stoney indeed. Also, we bought a couple of "Festival trolleys" from Tesco a couple of years ago. They fold flat and are of the Sack Truck style, but make shifting gear so much easier. Think they still do them, and normally in a sale at this time of year.
