This is going on the last minute shopping list now, seen so many people refer to it, and anything that helps me feel human again after a heavy night has got to be worth a go.

Remember to take it before you crash as well as on waking. That way you're getting a head start on the hangover. Prevention always better than cure.

definitely! the one before sleep and one upon waking method has always worked wonders for me. miss the one before sleep and you definitely feel it and have to suffer a good few hours of feeling shite before the one upon waking properly kicks in, and who has a few hours to spare at Glastonbury!? happened to me in 2014 when i got trashed on Metallica night and i spent most of the Sunday feeling like total garbage. couldn't even muster the courage to have a drink until about sub time

Maybe go for the empty Lenor bottle or whatever it is that people are using. Just have to slyly take it to the long drops in the morning to empty it, the free canvas bag would do a good job of concealing!

All about the Lennor bottle, forgot it last year and was massively inconvenienced.
