Someone made a your mum joke and someone replied that it was a shame they had a tumor, and I obviously didn't expect it to be a legit thing when it's brought up in such a way so I said "fucking hell ahahah" as it shocked me. They say it's a serious thing so obviously I've apologised. I just didn't expect something that serious to be brought up so light-heartedly and it not be a joke.

Just looked back for this. Not really sure what's going on here tbh. It looked like it was a joke to me and I don't think you have done anything wrong for the record.
