No chance. Feel like they could potentially coheadline on their next album if they continue on an upward trajectory, but it looks like they're going to be NME headliners this year.

Surprised Circa Waves are still doing quite a few of the smaller ones this year, possibility of an NME sub maybe if there- still doubt they will be though

Libertines are playing victorious the same weekend as r+l. They've declined a bit in popularity since headline slot in 2015, aren't as big to headline again don't think. 

Doubt catfish will be there but still a possibility as a sub.
