The flaw in your theory is that sigur ros are on both posters- if they were a last minute replacement for D'Angelo, they wouldn't of been on the D'Angelo poster

The big point that needs making is...

"What the fuck happens to the thingy?" - If D'angelo does play, are yesterdays events mentioned or does it just have the full poster / next poster announcement?

This is not unprecedented though. In 2005 The Killers briefly appeared on the website as a replacement for Kylie, only to disappear again and not show up until the next festival in 2007.

Nah it was pointed out my logic was flawed as if this had happened then Sigur Rós wouldn't have been on the D'Angela poster.

Ah, that looks quite likely unfortunately. There's still the tiny hope they might be 2nd on the Other Stage, or something, but I doubt it'll happen. Sorry to hear
