As the refund deadline has past - So there's no refund on returned tickets See/Glasto have already made the money. 

Any refunds would only be paid by the insurance policy (if taken and reason for not going is covered). If that is the case don't the tickets become property of the insurance company and it would be up to them to instruct SEE to re-sell to recover their payout?
