Efestivals runs a page checking program that sends texts out to your phone if a specific webpage changes. You sign up and buy a package of 40 texts

It's all in the thread, but in short, Neil (@eFestivals) set up www.checkpage.co.uk which you can sign up to for a fiver. When the secret resale happens, you will be sent a text message to tell you. Those 18,000 texts Neil has bought are those text packages.

Some people have less than 40 texts on their account, and some have more. 

i only know the number of texts I'm liable to send to those who have live accounts, so that I can ensure I've bought enough texts to cover what's been sold.

hi guys, been nursing a wine hangover at work (that was a fab idea drinking last night..not), brought my laptop but haven't got the charger and its gonna die on me soon. don't trust my phone, but will still be having a go. i'd be so, so, so grateful if anyone could add 2 more registrations on their list for when the time comes?

Lots of pings around 9am, more at 10am that went on for a few minutes.  Brief sightings of 'the website is currently processing too many transactions...' page, but probably due to people (me included) refreshing too fast.  Lots of people getting barraged for asking questions we've all seen day after day now.  Checkpage.co.uk is pre-loaded to the tune of 18,000 texts, but Neil isn't managing the business so well, so it sounds a bit like he's trying to prop up a conservative manifesto pledge, he's no idea how many people that's supposed to cover.  There's been a few gifs too.

Edit: outside of this page, we've had the Common lineup drop, and ATCQ seem highly unlikely for Friday night now.
