Resale

It's infuriating that so many people seem to have gotten coach tickets from Bath when they live elsewhere haha. I live there and didn't even get a sniff! Roll on Sunday!

Me too, but I had a friend from The Wirral trying for me and he got through. I think it is quite a bizarre system and a bit of a swizz, having to pay £31 return when it would cost you a lot less if you went on the National Express coach, still needs must, I suppose. Good luch for the Sunday sale

I had the reg page already open with my details entered, got through first click, and was done and paid by 6.01pm and confirmation email 6.02pm.

Fastest ever and a lot better than last October when I didn't even get near anything.

17mins to go though..........must have been a lot of returns ??

wow! congratulations lucky bugger

I just got through and booked from Taunton but no confirmation email and the Seetickets tracker doesn't recognise the Reference Number. Is it legit?

Did you get a screenshot dude?

I got the link off here and opened in 2 windows, one just went to busy but got a call to say my partner had got ours, so I tried the other window & got through for a friend from London. Feeling much relief, but to those unsuccessful don't give up! Still Sunday & secret resales

Congrats to those who got tickets!

Reading this thread has made me so scared for sunday now, I'm off to email everyone I know to make sure they're ready to help on sunday morning.

Spent far too much time on these forums last couple of days I can practically smell the longdrops, I'm now so excited that if we fail I'll be a wreck :girlumbrage:

Sorry for all of those who didn't get lucky, theres still hope on Sunday however so keep the faith.

Not to rub it in (trust me i know how it feels from when i didn't end up going last year!) but the mad thing is we were all trying for my mates girlfriend but I was late out of work so had to try on my phones internet. I was stood outside the supermarket thinking i didn't have a hope in hells chance when suddenly i got straight through in 10 seconds flat without a proper wifi connection. Everyone else in our group had multiple laptops and tablets on the go yet didn't get a sniff. I read on here somewhere earlier that smart phones have been known to get through pretty quick, did anyone else discover this or did i just get extremely lucky?

I got mine from Bristol during the initial sale for 33 quid return journey.

Today I got it again for my friends, from Bristol, the same exact coach but for some reason its only 20 quid for it.

Should I worry? But I already got the emails and the booking reference

Also i know people last year who got to a point where they thought it just wasn't going to be there year but they all went in the end via the Sunday re-sale and then the secret resale. The only reason i never went in the end was because as soon as i missed out my sister took that as a green light to schedule her wedding for that weekend :fie:

If you keep your eyes on the prize and do you homework in regards to secret resales etc it will happen.

    • Even with the recent heavy showers it's too early to tell what site conditions would have been like.  The very hot spell would have certainly dried things up considerably, and rain since then has been equalled by a stiff breeze so, without the benefit of actually walking the site, I'd guess ground conditions at present are about perfect.   If we had a festival to look forward to I think the weather watchers would have been at the "all to play for" stage at present.
    • Hush cancelled with a similar event now taking place at EartH and Cate Le Bon doing her own show, maybe others have rearranged gigs?
    • Yeah I find it strange, if they were just a silly act then they wouldn't be headlining the 3rd stage. The likes of vengaboys yes but they aren't doing their own sizeable arena dates.  That looks very weak for what they could actually get, but GC aren't playing 3rd main stage with The 02 and the Coop arena and in a same slot that KSE are. MIW aren't carrying those two dates either, neither are Turnstile and Parkway Drive tickets didn't play out. You gotta do better than Ghost, Blink and Deftones though.    I think you are a bit even if that is not the intention. I'm genuinely shocked they booked them for the avalanche and I think it'll be rammed out of the tent. While ADTR will obviously get a lot too, many Download attendees will had the chance to see them at Slam Dunk. I think 90s fest getting Scooter was class and while there would have been some Download crossover, the Slam Dunk crossover given acts you get on the avalanche will be a different level.
