Hi all!

We've been going to Glasto for about 10 years as a big group with massive tents but as there are only 2 of us ladies going this year (without the 1 year old, WOOP!) we decided to opt for Worthy View. Despite our best efforts we could only get hold of a 2 person scout which we're hoping to trade in for something a bit bigger, however whatever we stay in, we're looking for some advice / info please!

As we're used to having mahusive tents with lots of gazebo and seating space, is there scope to put anything up outside your tent for sitting? We're freaking out about having breakfast / late night drinks & chats in a tiny tent you can't stand up in, never mind getting dressed! Looking at photos of the site it looks a bit errr regimented with nothing whatsoever outside any of the tents. We're hoping this is because the photos were all taken before anyone got there! We're also worried about not having enough room in the tent to keep our bags, willies etc. Do they allow you to put any little pop up tents up for storage.

Are we being over dramatic and panicking as we're used to having so much space? We know you can't have everything and are probably being divas but we just want to be comfortable.

Any advice and tips you can give us to get us more excited about this unknown territory will be greatly appreciated. Be great to make some Worth View pals before we get there too!

Thanks guys :-)

Stayed in a 4 man scout tent last year, you have a bit of room to the front of the tent probably around 15 feet (?) before the next tent row starts. Enough room to park a few chairs/table/groundsheet anyway

Some people but windbreakers up to cordon off their on little space.

Doubt you will get away with a storage pop up tent, but to be honest I doubt anyone would care.

The 2 man scout tents are bigger than a standard 2 man eurohike tent and more sturdy, but still not really spacious with 2 people, plus bags and mattress

Keep checking the Worthy View (there are 4 man scout tents available now) as more tents become available daily, the 4 man scout tent is decent but a rip off at 580 odd quid

I may have a Yurt (£330) that I need to get rid of if my friend doesn't take it. The deadline is sometime in April. Drop us a PM in a few months for an update if you're still desperate !!
