Not sure what it's been like recently, when I was in there in 2013 it was probably about 1500 or so? It was empty at the time though bizarrely, so difficult to gauge

I will be very interested to hear what the small George Fitgerald shows are all about. I always thought it would be cool if he did some live take on Fading Love, bringing the vocalists along and everything, although don't see that being the case with the album being a couple of years old now.

I have seen him a couple of times and it's always been alright actually, he's playing b2b with Scuba at the Riverside Festival up here which I'm looking forward to

Ah yeah I meant Park sub, not WH. He could do similar to Jon Hopkins in 14 or Jamie xx in 15 I suppose but he could just as easily fit somehwhere else, I find it hard to place him.

Yes, Mez, last date of the Hiding Places tour, so hopefully he'll sign off with a bang.

I like stuff online of him b2b-ing with Scuba. They seem to work very smoothly together.

Nice to see one/both at Glastonbury.

I know what you mean, easty, but sometimes I do like to see a bit of swapping about on the decks and it can be fun to see how they mix when the preceding track is not 'theirs'. 

The other positive is that sometimes their picks are quite different. I've been at b2b's where my enjoyment has been propped up by one of the DJs, as I wasn't really digging the other's picks.

It has always struck me as a cynical marketing ploy. Just a way to get more names on a flyer. Letting 2 dj's play for an hour between them is imo utterly pointless. I am not a fan of one hour sets for one dj either.

Out of 20 years of clubbing, raving and djing, I have never come away from a b2b set and though 2 together was better than what each individual is capable of.

Fair enough if they are doing a 5 hour b2b set, but small set do nothing for me.

Agree with this totally, easty.

I have to agree that the trend for 1 hour sets is not one of which I am fond. I often find that I can't properly get into it before it's over. I'd say that about 90 minutes too, tbh! 2 hours. Minimum.

I disagree, I think from a DJ point of view a b2b has a lot of merit.

I agree that sometimes a b2b can come off a bit disjointed, but for the DJ it can force them to possibly pull out tracks that they necessarily wouldn't in their own sets. You get to experience a greater catalog of material

i don't mind b2bs galore at glastonbury as long as they are double billed with their own solo sets.

As much as I love Job Jobse I wish it was just Ben closing the temple in 2016, as bens tracks were much more educated in comparison

as for B2Bs, unless it's a 3hr+ set, I just feel like I've been cheated out of seeing 2 sets TBH!
