What I was surpised about was how early Dolly says goodbye - it's about half way through! Did she overrun? Or was she planning to do such a long encore?

about half an hour into the show? I don't know why she changed mic, singers do. As I said, I don't think she mimed the whole show, and she'd still need a mic for the chat between songs.

So, do you belive other Pyramid Stage acts have also mimed?

I wouldnt have a clue if someone is miming or not at glastonbury. I'm not concentrating enough to study their lips.

It didn't exactly drain my concentration skills to be aware she was miming. Maybe it depends how much you're actually listening?

I was miles back and not giving it my full attention I must admit. I enjoyed the "banter" between songs more than the songs themselves anyway. She was awful.
