Showering at Glastonbury. Yes or no?

Never had a shower yet but have washed with some water and used wet wipes. The first shower when you get home feels heavenly but I think a wet wipes wash is good enough when I'm there.

Only ever had 1 shower at glastonbury during all the years camping in a tent....it was really nice, but the fact that we could only ever be arsed to do it once (even after knowing how nice it was) shows how high it was on the priority list. It was always like 'let's go to the showers'....'no let's go and have breakfast / get fucked up and watch bands'.

All change now though, had one every day in the campervan last year Well it's right there isn't it....

No showers - can't be arsed to walk and queue. But dislike wet wipes. So a cold water, soap and flannel all over wash in tent every day. Then a hair wash at least twice at the stand pipes. NOTHING beats putting your head under a cold water stand pipe to wash/condition your hair first thing in the morning. Best hangover remedy known to woman. But you do need to do it first thing before the queues form. People wanting to slake their raging thirst get rather p*ssed off with the hair washers...

Late 90's / early 00's. Real simple affair with nowt but cold water, some sort of rubber matting on the grass, green walls which I think were metallic, no segregation or cubicles.
