Not there yet but I reckon by the time I attend in 2015 that will be my 30th Glastonbury and I reckon I will have made it and people can start calling me a addict

This time 35 years ago I and nearly everyone in London had never heard the name Pilton and there is no way you could find that name on a big road atlas.I only found out there was a Glastonbury Fayre on that year as one of my mates had a folk band and they were invited to play at it after being seen at the Half Moon in Putney - some booker approached them with very brief details and some time later they were sent a sketch map of how to find it - No GPS away back in 1979.

if you had asked me away back then - would you still be going in 35 years time ? I would have said very doubtful as after all there was only three official events in the 70's.
