kingcrawler
Elbow are playing Optimus Alive in Portugal on the 10th July. Think that if they're playing it'll be subbing Arctics on the Sunday.
DomDom1984
STARSAILOR~~~!!! That one has caught me by surprise, and aye I'd be happy with all of them. Apart from Royal Blood. Fuck that lot. Elbow... meh.
devilman
Starsailor were good. Would see. Elbow is mince rock pish. Meh isn't descriptive enough of just how meh they are. Sloppier mince than Keane. Pixies ok and James are good. ROYAL BLOOD ARE THE BEST BAND TO GRACE THESE SHORES IN A VERY LONG TIME YOU HEATHEN!!!!!!111111!! frankblack
Can't see Starsailor doing much better than an early afternoon slot in King Tuts. At their peak they were an early afternoon band on main and no one really cares about them nowadays. Pixies headlining Tuts would be superb. Hopefully we won't see the NME headliners as DJs again and get a proper live act that would pull in a crowd like Madness or The Specials. KeithDelBasso
Agreed with Royal Blood, they are awesome. Still no idea how they make all that noise between the two of them!
KeithDelBasso
Also, Knife Party at Wireless the weekend before T?
kingcrawler
Foster the People, Conor Oberst, John Newman, Frank Turner, Future of the Left and a few other smaller acts announced for Bilbao BBK on the same weekend as T. SilverLining
This would be an amazing addition and would draw a very big crowd considering the fact that they have only played Scotland once before. Not everyones cup of tea I know but with Biffy on the Main And Pixies in the tent. Good Spread of acts. (Knife Party I'm talking about) Edited February 20, 2014 by SilverLining
BGW
Knife Party would be a definite solid booking, a crowd pleaser and a vague alternative to constant EDM bookings. Pixies into Biffy sounds just about perfect.
Matt42
Added chase and status as their dates look like they could well be there again Edited February 22, 2014 by Matt42
DomDom1984
For fuck sake. Calvin Harris levels of regularity. This would be four years in a row, no?
harryomatic
It would indeed. God help us.
Matt42
I really thought they would give festivals a break for a year but... not the case it seems
Chiefski
Eels - Rock Werchter Suede - Isle of Wight both would go down well, imo
DomDom1984
Given Suede are subbing IoW, would ye be talking maybe third from top or subbing Radio One? Maybe even headlining Tuts?
kingcrawler
I think headlining Tuts or subbing Radio 1 would be most likely for Suede.

foolee
If T play their cards right they could have one of the best UK festival lineups if not the best. Looking at other festivals at the minute and the bands touring Europe at the time of T. We'll see tomorrow what they can do.
