I have a love/hate relationship with the Apollo in Manchester. Its a really fantastic venue to watch music. However, it's absolute murder to get a drink.

I love the Manchester Apollo. Seen some great stuff in that place down the years - Oasis in 2001 and the Hot Chip/LCD co-headliner in 2009(ish) spring immediately to mind. Was also there when they were filming scenes for 24 Hour Party People.

I have two tickets but they're not sat together, so if I happen across anyone selling two together I may well put mine back out there! I'd suggest following this thread anyway as I'm sure something will come up.

Thanks, that would be incredible if something were to come up. I'll keep an eye and an ear out for two together too

Shame they won't be at the farm this year, seeing them there last time really sparked my interest in them and Hammersmith was incredible

Enjoying the new song so far, especially the latter half. A builder, as always

Although it was unlikely anyway they are almost but not 100% ruled out of Glasto by their last date of their US run being 28.06. They could technically make the Sunday but it would be a big effort for a festival they played last time out.

Anyone wish they'd come up with more BANGERS? I love it when they cut loose. Off the top of the head I'd love to see a set that had:
Abel

Available (criminally ignored - reminds me of She Sells Sanctuary)

Mr November

Turtleneck
...and similar tunes in there. Anyone care to add some more lively boomers in there?

Lit Up?

I prefer their beard-strokey stuff personally
