Yes, they do day tickets - was about 80 bones for Portishead last year. They are announcing in March.

£ 80? Fucking hell! Good to know though. I hate this time of year when I just want to know all the announcements... need to start planning sunny weather fun times.

At about £6 more than seeing Peter Andre in Liverpool, that seems fair for The National (what a world we live in!!!)

I've been thinking about the feasibility of a day ticket to Latitude should The National be there, has anyone here done it before? I've never been to Latitude but it seems to be a bit in the middle of nowhere and hotels nearby seem hard to come by. Is there possibility of trains/coaches to anywhere for day ticket people?

Yep, you can camp in a strange little section in day camping. It's a bit of a trek but if you want to stay then it's alright. There's (I think they were) free shuttle buses to the train stations, but I split a cab with a few others on the return journey, was a fiver or so. Train was a bit over an hour from London and Peterborough.

Oh so actually quite doable. If you're feeling flush. Cheers!

I'm going to regret asking this but how do you know that?

Presume you're a ticketed man this year.

I'm delighted to say it's from a conversation in another thread! I am definitely not going insania at any point in the future.

They're playing Denmark on the Thursday 23rd

The Netherlands on the Friday 24th

Saturday or Sunday fo sho no?

You'd think but hasn't there been two occasions now when they've been in Europe at the time and snubbed Glastonbury? We need a National thingy. I don't think the use played since 2010.

I just went out and bought Alligator on vinyl. If that doesn't convince them to play I don't know what will.

Good work man!
