Lineup 2015

Everyone with any sense on here will tell you the same. Don't be a tool.

He's massive, mainstream, appeals to most of the people who'd have been seeing Arctic Monkeys afterwards, and headlined the second stages at Glastonbury and T (a higher slot than Paolo Nutini and Pixies got at Glastonbury). If you can prove BMTH to be a more suitable sub than him I'm happy to listen.

We will see. Just throwing ideas out there. id be happy with Deftones sub and BMTH 3rd. Like I said up there l, I thought they played fourth down in 2013.

So climb down from your Ivory tower. A BMTH sub slot wouldn't be the craziest thing RandL have ever done, and I guarantee they would bring more fans to the festival than Jake Bugg.

There's no ivory tower. If someone came on here and said Royal Blood can sub (like Matt did in the DL section) then people would tell them it's not going to happen. This is no different. Don't cry about it.

As much as Sempiternal? I would think it'd need to be a bit bigger than that, though it probably will be. They stand a good chance of subbing R+L or headlining Download/Sonisphere in 2016 after the album has been released and out a little while but I can't see them doing this year at all.

This BMTH album will be huge. Sempiternal helped put them on the map, their music became more 'radio friendly' in comparison to 'there is a heaven...'

I think it'll be interesting to see what happens next. Copping has already said they'll headline DL One day.

Could people please stop this "if Jake Bugg can sub than so can x" as it is stupid. BMTH are no where near as popular as him and they may get huge with the new album but it's coming out at the end of the year where I think they'll end up subbing at Download instead

Jake Bugg to the indie world is what BMTH is to metal. That's all I meant.

BMTH will either headline the NME against Mumfords (Or maybe Libs), or get a one slot promotion to try out new material like Enter Shikari did last year

Also if You Me At Six only made it up to 3rd after a number 1 album last year how can BMTH sub, I don't get it.

But the Indie world is bigger and those two BMTH songs that were released recently aren't apart of the new album (I believe)

You're right, they're not. I'd assume their new album is ages off from the research I did to tell people they can't sub. It's unlikely they'll do any festivals this summer.

    • I've been saying that it's been due for years. I don't recall anything but good luck, mainly, since 2016.   If we could get the bad year out of the way during the fallow year, and return to glorious sunshine next year, that would be most welcome.

    • The weather we have had whee i am in the last week or so has been.....  All the weather types in random order, wildly changing hour by hour.  Yesterday we had some beautiful semi warm sunshine - and also torrential downpours...   In summary - inconsistent
