When has Elton been derided? And by whom? For the 30 years I've loved him I've only heard great pop songs. Maybe I was being ironic all that time? Sounds exhausting to me.

Beyond Elton, it's really tough to call the headliners this year. Maybe this'll be the first year where RDB feels he can repeat headliners, 10 years on and all that. If so, I'd go for:

Fatboy Slim

Basement Jaxx

Elton John

with PSBs, Aphex Twin and Royskopp in the Big Top (if the Big Top continues to be the 2nd stage. With it on the move, maybe the 2nd stage will be outdoors and revert to the original Main Stage spot? Who knows).
